- Essay Competition
The Society of Construction Law, India (“SCL-India”) was formed with a perceived need for a body to promote research and education in the field of construction law. As a corollary to the vision that SCL-India stands for, the Society proposes to organize an essay writing competition on “Construction Disputes in India: Post-Crisis Scenario.” This essay writing competition on construction law issues—a first of its kind in India—is timely and would be especially welcomed among growing academia.
