The Society of Construction Law, India (SCL India) is delighted to announce the official launch of the Council for Women in Construction Law & Arbitration (WCLA) on the 24th of April, 2026, from 5:30 pm onwards at the Terrace, Free Press House, Free Press Journal Road, Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Founded in 2016, SCL India has been committed to promoting education, study, and research in construction law and related subjects, while fostering dialogue among professionals in India and abroad. With the creation of WCLA, SCL India takes a significant step toward advancing diversity, inclusion, and leadership opportunities for women in the field of construction law and arbitration.

The launch event will bring together distinguished professionals, thought leaders, and members of the arbitration and construction law community to celebrate this milestone. We welcome you to an evening of insightful discussions, meaningful connections, and a vibrant session marking the beginning of this new chapter.
